“That Good” Macarons
May I just say, I honestly can’t stop thinking about these macarons, they’re THAT good. And the texture 🤌 It’s light, delicate yet satisfyingly soft and chewy. If you know you know. That’s the definition of the perfect macaron. My personal favourite is the blueberry one. It’s just a perfect balance of sweetness and delightful jam and the butter filling. Like a blueberry cloud. I did not expect it! And the second one is pistachio? Do I even need to add anything? Hands down the best I’ve ever had so far. I now must think of a special occasion as an excuse to get one. Or do I?
